Who am I?

I am Ian Walton: a software engineer living in Dallas, TX with 10+ years experience using code to change the world.

My main priority is finding ways to build software faster. I prefer universal heuristics to language-specific features, although my most recent experience is biased to TypeScript. I enjoy tinkering in security and infra but you probably most of the content on this site is focused on software development.

I believe:
